MADDECKERS products linked from this website are purchased through Amazon. Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under the policy shown on the Amazon marketplace and order through which you purchased.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Start with your Amazon order page for return eligibility and shipping instructions. You can also email support@maddeckers.com with your model, order number, problem description and supporting photos or video.

Warranty support

Warranty coverage follows the terms supplied with the product and the applicable Amazon listing. Contact us before sending any product. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping costs and refunds

Return shipping, refund timing and payment processing are governed by the Amazon marketplace handling the order. Never send a product to an address not confirmed by Amazon or MADDECKERS support for your specific case.
