MADDECKERS products linked from this website are purchased through Amazon. Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under the policy shown on the Amazon marketplace and order through which you purchased.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Start with your Amazon order page for return eligibility and shipping instructions. You can also email support@maddeckers.com or maddeckers@outlook.com with your model, order number, problem description and supporting photos or video.

Warranty support

MG II and GB03 include a 365-day limited warranty. Coverage can be upgraded to two years. Email support@maddeckers.com or maddeckers@outlook.com with your product model and Amazon order number to register or confirm the extension. Warranty coverage follows the terms supplied with the product and the applicable Amazon listing. Contact us before sending any product.

Shipping costs and refunds

Return shipping, refund timing and payment processing are governed by the Amazon marketplace handling the order. Never send a product to an address not confirmed by Amazon or MADDECKERS support for your specific case.
