MG II use guide

How do I play music from a USB drive, TF card or AUX device on MG II?

Use the Mode button to select Bluetooth, USB, TF Card or LINE IN. USB drives and TF cards up to 32GB can play MP3 or WAV files; connect an AUX device with a 3.5mm audio cable.

Short answer

MG II has a Mode button for Bluetooth, USB, TF Card and LINE IN. Connect your music source, then use the Mode button to select the matching source. The official manual lists USB drives and TF cards up to 32GB, with MP3 and WAV files supported.

Play music from a USB drive or TF card

  1. Prepare a USB drive or TF card with music files. Keep the storage capacity at or below 32GB; the manual lists MP3 and WAV as supported formats.
  2. Turn on MG II, then insert the USB drive or TF card into its matching port or slot.
  3. Press the Mode button until MG II is set to USB or TF Card, matching the media you inserted.
  4. Use the playback controls as needed: a short press on the previous/volume-down or next/volume-up control changes volume; a long press moves to the previous or next track. Press the play/pause control to pause or resume playback.

Play music through AUX

  1. Turn on MG II.
  2. Connect your audio device to the MG II AUX input with a 3.5mm audio cable.
  3. Press the Mode button until LINE IN is selected.
  4. Start playback on your connected device and adjust volume on both the device and MG II if needed.

Common mistakes to check

  • The wrong mode is selected: inserting media alone is not enough—use the Mode button to select USB, TF Card or LINE IN.
  • The storage device is larger than 32GB: try a USB drive or TF card at or below the manual's stated limit.
  • The files do not play: test with a small selection of MP3 or WAV files first.
  • AUX is silent: confirm that the cable is a 3.5mm audio cable connected to the AUX input, LINE IN is selected, and the source device is playing.

When to contact support

Contact us if MG II still cannot play from a known-good USB drive, TF card or AUX device after trying the matching Mode setting. Please include the model (MG II), your Amazon order number, the playback source you used and the steps already tried. Attach a short video if it helps show the issue.
